The exhibition dedicated to the heroes
of Chernobyl was opened at the Art Gallery of Mikhail Savitsky, whose
work is also represented in the project. The exhibition was prepared by
the Belarusian Union of Artists and the Russian Foundation for the
support of arts and culture Red Corner. The tragedy of Chernobyl is a
common pain of people and does not depend on nationality, religion or
country of residence. The art project enhances international and
cultural relations, draws attention to the common problems of the
environment and society.
The project consists of a series of
mobile exhibitions, which will be held at major exhibition venues of
Russian and Belarusian cities during the year 2016.
